The ask:
Re-Brand and execute branding on all products of the company
What we did:
Together with the C-suite built a robust brand launch strategy, set up the transformation office, roadmap and executed the rebranding on all physical products in a given timeframe.

A global pharma player looked to transform and increase their activity in the EU. The client was looking for somebody to help with implementing the corporate structure and business review cycle.
What we did:
We helped the european C-Level to implement a corporate structure and reporting catering to the new organization. Building a clear roadmap and defining the main milestones and deliverables needed to reach this goal.

A large pharma client had lost a lot of internal credibility with a mismanaged global digital transformation and looked to use to turnaround spirits and buy in through change management.

A global pharma player looked to transform their PV operations globally by centralizing and automating more tasks, while not compromising on safety and due diligence.
What we did:
We performed a benchmark study by interviewing competitor organizations on how they organize and automate. Performed desk research and presented findings and proposals to re-design to the client.

Client needed help with financial forecasting and managing commercial strategies across all EU countries
What we did:
Challenged and worked with all country organizations to understand specific commercial strategies. Collected financial data to build a robust forecast model.
